Lost my money.. highly unprofessional. They don’t even reply..

The max fashion’s don’t deserve even a single star. After paying for the entire order they forget to provide you with any updates leaving the customer helpless. I have written to them n number of times on different platforms with no information regarding my order. They are not even courteous enough to write that it is getting late or whatever. I placed the order almost 13 days back. I request everyone to keep that in mind as this MAX FASHION’S is fraud. This act should be reported at all cost.

I ordered from Max Fashions on 15th of December 2020. I received a mail on 18th December, that said the items have been shipped. However I was not given a date as to when it would be delivered. It has been more than half a month. I have left mails, asking for a tentative date of delivery, I did not receive any response. I have recently mailed them asking for a refund, but it is still unanswered. My order number is #1233 and paid for. Not the updated app says that the shop is closed... This is my last resort, otherwise I will have to resort to a legal approach.

They firstly show how many are purchasing right now, then when you order they drop a mail of order confirmation. Then you receive a mail that your order has been shipped. Then after that no revert whatsoever. There’s no contact no. where you can solve your query. They never reply to your mails. I ordered in December been full one month no status of my package is known till date.

I have order two jegging on 16 dec ans app says deliver in 3-5 days. But I have yet no received my order and there is no way to app my order. there is no correct phone number maintain to contact them. No body is replying to my mail. Please never purchase from this app. P.S my order number 1282.
