Customer service is too bad.

App issue

I have been trying to login to my game via facebook but it keeps saying that the app is not working, but I can login as a guest, snail(which I can’t remember the login for nor get any help to login), or Apple login. Never had this issue before. Other than that, I love the game

Almost perfect

This game is so good I mean it really. But one thing that I don’t like is that there are some pay to win functions.such as unbound gold only being obtainable through in game purchase as opposed to it being obtain through quest or level thresholds as it used to but other than that it perfect

It’s not a bad game it’s just very overdue for a massive update like very overdue

I played age of wushu on PC. This game is like the same bt better auto running compared to the PC version. Bt the skills are not diverse compared to the PC game

Scam and cheaters

This is a pay to win game snail (game devloper) favors the high paying players allows them to use foul and racist language. And let’s them have multiple accounts hacks and bots. In the past accounts had to be authenticated and multis were terminated. Not any more. I hope those players read this and sue them !

Snail, yeah, they are snails, very slow. They never helped u when u send message for support, as someone said above. They tried to find many reasons NoT To help u at all. Besides, this game is Pay to win, and take to much time per days for quests. What they want is to make u stay all day for this game, and not play different games. And it come from China, so u should take care of your account safety

Why can’t I use the lvl boot? If we can’t use them why would you still sell it in the shop!?? This really piss me me off I already spend more than $100 dollars and just found out now that the lvl boot don’t work?!

I did not like the bound gold. It is okay like earlier. Bound Gold is useless. And please provide the skills set which can buy with bound gold.Thanks.

Sign in issues

I tired signing in my characters with apple and it won’t let me it keep giving me texts that I don’t understand and I deleted and install it back and it’s doing the same thing. I can’t get back on my characters.
