Worst app
I get false reading which is frustrating me to the point of wanting to change providers. I paid my bill and yet two days later my usage is showing that I owe $1080. I chatted to support, they said wait for the app to update but that’s not the damn point, I don’t want to see false readings for three days and not know what my usage really is. This app needs fixing before I go somewhere else for gas and electricity.
Poor App
AGL changed the app so you can’t see how much power is being used. Solar is a waste of Money.

Good app but needs ability to add a concession card. Otherwise I have to speak to AI or some call centre moron who can’t add it.
Incorrect Usage Data
Shows incorrect usage charges which doesn’t match with the plan. Specially around the solar tariff. Called customer care multiple times who haven’t yet fixed it.
Very detailed analytics view of Electricity usage
I recently moved to AGL and I am very happy with how electric usage is visualised. This helps me plan my EV charging to minimise cost . These visualisation also show the disparity in rates for solar feed in compared to electricity usage.

Mobile and internet plan is the worst of all.
