You can’t even use the app
Why bother
Why make an app that fails on payment? Waste a bunch of time setting everything thing up, then still have to go to kiosk to pay anyway. Useless.
Not compatible with iPhone 16 Pro Max
Not able to select new session on iPhone 16 Pro Max. The keypad option keeps blocking the input field.
POS app
This POS app is typical government work. Shoddy, doesn’t work ever. Basically garbage. They want you to enter your credit card over unsecured networks. I’d call it Mickey Mouse but I’d have to apologize to Mickey
Warning
The app is very easy to use and quite intuitive. I would really appreciate an audible notification as the time nears expiry.

Poor credit card management
Impossible to update or remove expired credit cards.
App doesn’t send a code
I have been trying for 15 minutes to receive a code to initiate my MyParking and nothing received yet… Didn’t have a card on me as I wasn’t expecting to have a machine with no tap option. Hopefully in the next additional 15 minutes, I don’t get a ticket because nobody is sitting in the parking booth to assist These machines really need to be updated with tap option! And better app!
