1.怪我をしないように運動前のウォーミングアップをする

3.ジャンプを開始し、トレーニングを行うとアプリケーションが自動カウントされます
4.計画運動量が完了したら、STOPボタンをクリックすると、訓練時間とデータ統計が表示されます。

不是很灵敏，双脚交替跳不容易识别～还有就是那个停止时的广告，刚才用完，还没碰到手机，广告页面就自动跳转到7猫，然后那个打开7猫的还是取消的对话框就跟中毒一样疯狂弹跳，手机按键关机都没反应，最后是小白点的控制中心找到重启才关的机～用起来不是那么流畅，体验感不是很好～希望能改进～
流氓软件，名为跳绳软件实为手机流量包，一次性扣费30元，千万不要上当
注册用户，输入验证码后，收到中国移动100GB大流量5天包业务办理成功的短信，一次性扣费30元，大家千万不要上当，已电讯中国移动投诉！！！后续将继续向应用平台维权投诉！
