Bought a one month subscription and tried to use the app immediately. I got an error message that says, “Error: Your subscription is canceled, but subscription again,” but there is no way for me to buy it again and I just purchased it. Please help:(

I recently bought this app for $29.99 the life time purchase and then I got a message that said it’s been cancelled you need to buy another Subscription, perhaps you can clarify this, I would appreciate it, thank you for your kind attention on this matter

Irritating.
Made the mistake of buying the lifetime subscription. The app simply doesn't work. I get an error message from each prompt. Useless.
It works as well as anything else, and it’s especially nice that they offer an one-time lifetime payment option as an alternative to a subscription.
This app errors out all the time! Making an illustration from an uploaded photo—ERROR! Making an illustration from typed in text—ERROR! This was such a waste of money! Use the online version instead. Save your self the wasted money and the wasted time.
