I have downloaded this app recently, and I am having a play with it but there is no way to see how many credits I musing up per image. Would you add account to see how many credits I’m using up please, thank you.

Developers — could you not make the process of using your own photos somewhat clearer? While I can’t complain in terms of the app’s overall ability to creating some interesting images from text prompts — some returns have been inspiring, the ability to upload a photo seems like the poor relation and the interface doesn’t make sense. There’s no guide to explain how to achieve the best results. The erase and zoom options are meaningless, with the box used to describe the image you’ve uploaded containing a tool tip that dives off the screen. (On an iPad perhaps you can read the entire tool tip?) For example, the prompt suggests you need to describe the entire image not just the part you’ve erased (I’m assuming that’s what it says) but I don’t understand why I’d want to describe the part I’ve erased . . . doesn’t make sense. This part of the app feels like a beta version; a work in progress. However, I’m paying nearly £100 for this and tbh, it spoils what is over all an amazing tool. I want an app that works for my money straight out of the box; if my money is purely helping fund the app’s development, then tell me when I sign up, and explain this is in beta. I might be a bit more understanding ! Thanks though for a fascinating app. The mind boggles as to how it all works. Addendum: Ah, I now realise the developers are not Dall-E but are using its API functionality in their own app. Even so my point stands. Please work on making the photo upload option clearer. Thank you! Second addendum! Just realised the copy prompt functionality after your images have been created doesn’t work consistently. (I might also add that the free trial offer ahead of signing up doesn’t work — which at best is misleading.)

1 in 4 is reasonable

Sometimes this application is really clever and surprising, but often it simply collages related images together in a not very interesting way. I tried ‘A horse skeleton waist deep in a flooded churchyard’ Which after reloading 4 times gave 16 images out of which there was one original and beautiful scene.

Thought it was a free trial

Thought it was a free trial but ended up paying to get past the setup screen. Better to use free web version by the company that actually wrote the software.

I can’t give it 0 so I give it a 1

I got scammed out of £88 by this app on the promise of a free trial! God I hope some reads this before purchasing and getting scammed too.

Ok ish

You can run out of credits to make stuff and you have to pay so i rate it 3 stars. It would be nice to watch a ad for more credits and you see how many you have.
