Can’t record calls without paying

I downloaded this app just see the efficiency and you guys have deducted from my bank without even my concern. This is very bad behavior and it’s disappointing. I do not recommend this type of behavior in the corporate world. Because we have large communication platform which will seriously damage your image. I recommend you to return my money immediately because i do not accept this type of behavior.

Every device nowadays has a Voice Memo feature might as well take an old cell phone or tablet and put your phone on speaker to let it record. I paid for the weekly subscription to give this a try. So far it’s only recorded calls when I call their line 1st then I have to call the person I actually need to talk to and merge them together. Really cumbersome so far I have been unable to get incoming calls to be recorded, which is 80% of the reason I got the app in the first place. Then I tried taking advantage of their transcripts in summary. Only to have to wait several minutes every time for a transcript to appear. It’s not a terrible thing for the first time you requested but every time?

I mean come on. If I wanted the other person on the line to know I was recording the call

None of the numbers work to actually use the app. Waste of $10. Don’t buy this app.
