Ripoff
Supposed to get a free trial but when I didn’t like the app and deleted it 30 minutes after I got it I was still charged for a monthly subscription of $10
Didn’t get refund
I used the app for 3 days free trial and forgot to cancel my refund. As soon as I ask Apple Support for a refund. VidCap canceled the refund & dispute in the blink of an eye. They don’t care about the service only about the money. Watch out
Videos are blank
The videos are blank when generating transcriptions and captions until, and only until, you add a voice background suppression
Always Performa
VidCap always delivers what it promises. Clean closed captions for my video projects.

Fake Free Trail
Most of the subtitle translations are not accurate at all. Also, they will steal your money by saying “free trail” but they will charge you RIGH AWAY!
