I saw a free download on YouTube, so I downloaded the app and my money was deducted right after I downloaded it. I had no intention of renewing or using the app. And there was no notification before the deduction that any fees would be deducted. I just clicked the start button and the money was deducted right away! I didn’t know what to do, so I called the Apple Store to cancel the order, but the Apple Store said that the order could not be canceled. My money was defrauded just like that! Someone was scammed like me, couldn't cancel the order, so the money was taken away I wasted my money getting this app subscription for an year. Its like a scam on the name of chat GPT. This app is no where close to chat GPT that i use online.

This ChatGPT & GPT-4o is presented to deceive you as if it is the official ChatGPT from openAI. Even the logo is designed to trick you into that notion. It is simply a scam & Apple should remove it from the APP store

The way they offer the free trial shows how they are talented in scamming. When you choose the 3 day free trial, that 90% discount goes away. So you’re tempted to go for 96 cents a week which has that 90% discount, but it will charges you for the whole year. (49.99 per year) and can’t be cancelled until your 1 year term passes. That’s a scam.

You pay a lot for very little advanced anything. Very, very minimal use from me and I got a message saying I had reached my quota. Like what? lol. I laugh. But it’s. It funny. Clearly a scam.

Repeat error messages saying I have exceeded my limit before I’d even submitted one request. App doesn’t work. Asked for a refund have NOT heard back from customer support at all.

I emailed to the customer services but the option for sending is not active. My son subscribee by the mistake for $49.99 and in next 5 minutes i wanted to cancel but i couldn’t. So disappointed
