got in touch with dev and only to reply me with a generic responose telling me to make sure to log in while in use. I have paid you, I have emailed you, you did not solve my problem. P.S. its working on my iphone, its not working on my mac, are you gonna fix this or not.

Amazing app to use for help with anything
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication from your part , I have emailed you several times about the same issue and have heard nothing back ! You have blocked my account after only a few months of my yearly subscription and I am unable to use it, even though i have already paid it ! I would like my services to be restored immediately or a refund would be appreciated.
Thought an app would be useful. But when half the questions are answered with “We’re experiencing exceptionally high demand. Please hang tight as we work on scaling our systems.” This means something (or someone) is punching above its weight. All the more when there are plenty of alternatives. I give 5 stars for appearing on top in the appstore though. #keepimproving #stayinthegame
