I didn’t purchase
I didn’t pay for a subscription, my phone was stolen and there was no way to cancel it so now I’ve been charged. The only way to contact them about getting refunded and cancelling subscription is through a sketchy Facebook page on messenger…

This app is a scam, I opted in for the free trail and less then 5 minutes after using it I cancelled the subscription, this morning about 16 hours after unsubscribing I found out I had a £36 charge. How can a 3 day free trial charge me less than a day later when I’d already cancelled my subscription. Literally stole my money which would be settled and won in court I’m told by my lawyer unless I get a refund as I’d rather not have the hassle.

I’ve been scammed for a considerable amount of money from a false advertisement of a 3 day free trial I will go to court if this isn’t refunded
