i've used a few AI notetaking apps and a key feature is to be able to dive deeper with the AI chatbot - ask it for a more robust summary for a certain timestamp, to consolidate all mentions of something, etc. but this one isn't capable of any of that - the basic summary from the recording is okay but i cannot get the AI chatbot to answer ANY questions. it just says it's perpetually "typing." if the app can't manage its basic functionality, what's the point? it's a glorified transcriber.

I am absolutely furious and disgusted with how a software company/developer has treated their 'lifetime' subscribers. We, along with many other users, put our trust in them and invested in lifetime subscriptions, believing their promise of permanent software access for a single payment. This promise heavily influenced our decision to buy

At first I was really impressed with functionality. But last few meetings are cut off. Did not record the entire session.

I regret purchasing this app. During the free trial, it seemed functional, but after I paid for the subscription, it stopped working as advertised. Every time I attempt to analyze a video—whether it’s long or short—the app crashes or displays an error. I’ve tried troubleshooting with no success, and it’s clear the app is unreliable. This has been a complete waste of money and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.

Got an error with no explanation and did note generate notes. Asking for a refund

I can’t believe that LOOONG (and LOOUUD!) pounding video intro runs at every start of the app. So unnecessary and nerve-jangling. And it interrupts any audio or video I happen to be playing. Couldn’t find a way to disable it.

Offer lifetime sub 0$ but i lost my lifetime sub after update
