I’ve email you guys and no response my mom downloaded this app thinking it was a different app and was charged 64.99 we have no use for this app

This app is horrible !!!!! I was charged 64.99 for a year !!!!! I didn’t get it ! It doesn’t work ! And now I can’t feed my kids !

You guys charged me a fee during trial period I’m requesting a refund please thank you
Scam
This app and how its run is a joke. It was downloaded by accident/unauthorized bu my 2 year old and a subscription renewed for $70 and I called to cancel and requested a refund the same day and got the run around from day one. Shame on them for scamming me out of money not even trying to help.
