Scam - no support

After trial went to year subscription! Tried to get refund. Sent link but subscription not listed to request a refund so sent email & told to do same thing! So going round in circles! By law entitled to 14 days cooling off so by rights should be able to get refund! So will be seeking legal advice Appalling as this has caused me financial difficulties! Disgusting customer service. Will continue to persue until my account is refunded

An hour and a half of audio recording. Brilliant. However. The transcript is in Welsh which is no good to ma as no option to translate as “language not recognised” Brilliant. £14.99! I don’t think so. I’ll be cancelling before I’m charged.
