Disappointing Customer Service and Refund Policy
I recently installed this app, and my 12-year-old son mistakenly subscribed to the annual plan for £39. As soon as the money was deducted from my account, I immediately canceled the subscription and contacted the app's support team to request a refund, as I had not used their services at all. However, they refused to issue a refund, citing illogical reasons. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as their approach to customer service is severely lacking.
disappointed
the generated images do not meet my expectation at all-they look like completely different person with no resemblance to the provided photos. Additionally some limbs (like fingers) are missing body proportions are incorect. There is still a lot of room for improvement and in this case i dont believe is it worth paying for such a result.
No free trial.
I was interested and so agreed to the 3 day trial I went straight into the app wasting my time gathering photos as requested only to be asked for £6.99 to do anything with them. There does not seem to actually be any free trial. Very disappointed

App is slow, complicated and a waste of time. Possibly part to do with the constant IOS updates. App developers need to collaborate against a.p.l.l.e to stop them trying to interfere with how we use these phones. Constant updates are causing most of the problems. We're literally being compelled and manipulated into spending money and more time after unnecessary IOS UPDATES discussing and focusing attention to the I foney p.h.o.n.e. With 'peers' One star because I had to give it at least one. With me it's either 5 or 1 :) edit: now this developer has contacted me stating "contact us if you need help" . Why? As if I can do anything! It's between them and a.p.p.l.e. I reviewed it based on the experience.
