7 day free trial offered. Accepted and £15 instantly taken. Tried to contact customer support and it is the only button in the entire app that doesn’t work! No support available whatsoever. Tried to contact via the chat function and again, the ‘contact us’ suggestion is the only one that doesn’t work!
They said they’d offer me a free 7 day trial but upon subscribing they charged me £13 on the spot, to then use the app which doesnt even identify plants properly. Avoid avoid avoid.
Your not ready to charge £80 a year. Very slow at the identification despite providing 3 clear pictures and came up with a non-native species that produces white flowers and red berries instead of instead of identifying, what was clearly (with fruit) a plum tree. Save your money and avoid this app.
It said “free trail for 7 days” but the immediately charged my account $12.99 so there was no free trail. I wanted to try it for few days to see if I wanted to purchase but they lied. This is a scam.

I signed up for a free trial and £12.99 was taken from my bank account.. how do I get a refund? Can’t see how to do this
DO NOT USE THIS APP! THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CONTACT THEM OR LEAVE AND IN THE MEANTIME THEY KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY. I OPTED FOR THE ONE WEEK £6.99 TRIAL AND NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN THREE PAYMENTS BECAUSE I CANNOT LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used this app for 3 days and then deleted it. But for over 6 months they have been taking £6.99 per week from my account!!!!! No course to redress! Don’t use it.
I just tried 3days free trial and now can’t switch of the payment. Help me to stop paying what I not need!!!!!!
This app saved my palour palm tree.Its highly recommended though I dont do subscriptions so on free mode
