I have an active tier1 subscription, expiring in 2024, but the app keeps losing track of the activation. Now it says it can’t find a subscription for this account. I’ve tried contacting support via their web site, but have had no reply for over 2 weeks. Now all of a sudden I get 3 push notifications from them saying it’s on special for 75% off. What a rip off!!! Cannot recommend this app.

The app works, but has a couple of really annoying bugs, which have been reported. However, the developer doesn't respond to or fix these bugs. An example is if you pay for the app, you randomly get told you have to purchase it again, it seems to have an issue with validating you're already paying. You have to go through the process of having to restore purchases each time you reboot or restart your device. It also asks you to review the app on every launch, but the submit button is greyed out and you can't rate the app even if you wanted to. Random loss of chat memory is also a problem. Sometimes you're in the middle of a chat, maybe 3-4 exchanges in, and the chat history/memory is lost, and ChatGPT therefore answers a question with no context to answers it provided before. Like I said, the app itself is ok, and cheaper than a full subscription to ChatGPT Plus, but it's let down by lack of support or perhaps even an interested developer. Who knows?

This chat gpt app continuously goes to Armenian. I’ve been using my iPhone whilst using chat gpt and just bought a new iPad so can can use either iPhone or iPad . The chat gpt on my iPad informs me that my subscription expires 8 months from now yet they want my to subscribe now for additional monthly payments. And this is what they call intelligence 🤷🏼‍♂️

A. You don’t have customers service why is that?! B. Why you asking for double payment ?!

This thing doesn’t know how to make me rich overnight. Or predict the stock market. Nor help me solve my equations for time travel.
