I really enjoyed using this app to help transcribe interviews for news stories I need do write, but now when I go to upload a file into the app, this annoying “purchase page” keeps popping up. I initially had no problem paying for a year because I do use the app often, but even tho I purchased the subscription it still continued to pop up the purchase window not allowing me to use the app. I then purchased the $2.99 option because I’m on a time restraint and hope it might work but… it STILL won’t work. So now I have to pay for a whole other app to get this done. Very unsatisfied customer :(

Two hours in after i bought this app, trying to transcribe one 5 minute video, no luck. I’ve tried it several times, tells me to keep the app open, which I do, tells me the progress is at 14%, doesn’t move from there.
