During setup no label over fields you don’t know what you need put. Can’t save video on iPhone, you can only view what was recorded and video disappear :D generally problem with configuration. I am IT guy so I fixed it but normal people will have problem with it.
There is no option to change notification sound on iPhone..
After over 30 different tries somehow I was able to connect the camera. What a miracle!!
Getting someone’s feed, third time now. No one to contact to report issue. No way to run a business!

Junk Junk Junk Junk Useless Useless
The app worked fine for the whole year until two weeks ago when I updated iPhone to iOS 15. Sent email to FLOUREON video NVR manufacturers but no reply. Junk.
Never works completely. I put this on my Lakehouse so I could watch it when I’m out of state. It’s literally worked 5% of the time. I wish I never bought this piece of crap system. Rip off alert
Everything is good except that u can’t be watching the cameras live and a notification goes off it Will close the app
