If I could give a 0, I would. This must be the worst app produced by a large known company. The app is absolutely awful in synching points form an Apple Watch and then when they don’t synch for weeks, the spins are not assigned as you break T&C to sync your points by Sunday each week (apparently we do this manually in 2023!) AIA - you either fix the app, or stop offering this service in Singapore.

AIA vitality benefits are impaired from the first time I joined, if is not because of I enjoy a benefit of having it have some discount on gym membership, I would have terminate this app long ago. LumiHealth offered way better than this app. The spin wheel of this AIA vitality always stopped at 50 or 80 making it not worth a $8 monthly subscription fee
