App won’t open and points take so long to update
My app doesn’t even open anymore so I can’t even check my points. This is frustrating because I have claimed the free apple watch but must meet my weekly targets, which I can’t check right now. It’s making me have to pay back weekly for my Apple Watch even though I’m exercising and meeting the set targets. 😡
App does not progress beyond starting splash screen.
Have to uninstall and install just to sync with my Apple health. If I don’t do that then I’m forced to pay for the missing week for my Apple Watch
Not even opening anymore
Always a slow and laggy app but for the last few days it’s not even opening. Better fix it so we can redeem points
Never works, buggy when it does.
Can’t even open the app most of the time (won’t load). When it does my activity is never updated.
Poorly developed app
The app is very poorly developed, looks like it was created years ago. It freezes constantly and needs to be deleted and reinstalled (which requires to login again, enter all the details, resync, etc.). It's just painfully frustrating. If you're pondering whether you should get AIA insurance to get this app, I'd suggest you look somewhere else. This is just terrible.
Disappointing and frustrating
Exactly that - disappointing and frustrating. The information, especially from external sources is so slow (sometimes 4-5 days) so you end up having to track your own progress. This week the app has failed to register one of my gym visits entirely. The concept of the app is fantastic. Execution is appalling.
Latest update no longer registering workouts
November 2023 update no longer reads your health or fitness data and is not registered any steps either.
