AIB Authenticator

How a bank of this size cannot make this app work is unbelievable. Trying to add my company card (AIB). Blank screens and odd errors. Call AIB and absolutely zero help.

The app insisted I was sent a letter with a code. Did that, entered code. now another code is on the way for me in the post! What a huge waste of time

Why is AIB so bad with technology, no one wants a second app to approve transactions…!! Makes using your bank painful. I’ve moved personal and business banking to Revolut from today, who had time to waste on poor technology like this?

Seriously how can a major bank be this incompetent and bad. For the life of me I cannot grasp the ineptitude of AIB. You’re lucky if the Authenticator works. 50% of the time it fails. Get the finger out AIB, your technology teams needs to be fired and replaced. Look at any fintech to see how it’s done. Don’t even get me started on the online business platform. !! Why can’t I give you zero stars

App doesn’t work half the time, the big fix they offer is to delete the app and download it again but then it can’t even send out the confirmation code to set it up again

The entire AIB ecosystem is horrendous! 618 ratings with average score of 1. Need I say anymore! Wake up AIB!

If you enjoy spending all day entering numbers, not getting OTPs, texts, the bank not seeing its own cards. It’s virtually impossible to buy anything online with this bank.

A garbage app. A bunch of monkeys throwing darts a dartboard would have designed a better app. Can AiB please come into the 20th century at least - as coming into the 21st century is a clearly a bridge too far. Small things like making an app that works or is useable appear to be beyond managements capabilities.

This is the most troublesome Authenticator I ever had to use. If you can’t fix it - bin it completely.
