Welcome to AIB Banking App. This app provides a convenient and secure mobile banking experience and enables you to be in control of your account through your smartphones from the comfort of your home or anywhere you like.
You can now easily, comfortably and safely have access to your AIB accounts, credit cards, transfers, Loans, CDs and many more features.
This app allows you to:
• View customer position and account balances (saving accounts, cards, deposits,
certificates of deposit, loans, etc.)
• Money transfer within your own accounts in AIB.
• Transfer funds between different accounts at AIB.
• Forex between 4 currencies (USD - Euro - Sterling Pound - Saudi Riyal), USD to
EGP is also available.
• Request a cheque book.
• Modify instructions regarding deposits renewal.
• View amounts due on your credit cards and settle your payments online.
• Submit disputes regarding amounts deducted on your cards.
• Activate new cards.
• Deactivate cards.
• Report lost/stolen cards

Me and my colleagues called the bank many times asking about the mobile app, and they are saying there is only online banking through the website and they don’t have a mobile apps. Also our internet banking accounts not working on the mobile app.
