I loved this app until I got a new phone and now I can’t login and have had no response from support.

Again, since the last iOS13.6 update I do not receive any notifications. It is terribly inconvenient. My phone settings are correct, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, still no notifications. If your smart watch uses this app it could not work out as expected. Very disappointed because I cannot trust it.

Login by username provides for multiple devices & your supplier can add multiple devices to the one login. Excellent app for reporting & device setup, highly recommend

Not only is this iOS application fully accessible for people who are blind but the developer was very extremely helpful and gave us a temporary username and password just testing out features I can report that all features are fully accessible

I can’t seem to access Call Alerts in the Settings menu. I The app jus shuts down! I want to make the message alerts appear for my grandson but they don’t until he checks voice messages! Not ideal! Please fix! Thx

Mine supports multiple devices. It is a little tricky to navigate though. And sometimes it takes a few goes for the commands to get from the app to the device. So far so good though

Hey, can I add another imei to the app and track two children at once? Also how can I sign in with a username and password then there is no option to create it? Thanks in advance

Unfortunately this app only supports 1 device...kids both have a device so needs to store multiple devices
