I’m currently doing the Beginner BMT training. Every time I click finish the workout, it counts it as if I did it 2 times instead of one, so it appears as 2/3 instead of 1/3. This is very annoying as it gets hard to track how many workouts I really done in one week

My son’s FLT is showing generic pictures and everyone on our military fb group is having issues accessing pictures.

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I was not able to find my daughter’s flight information. I checked and nothing came up it kept bringing up a flight from a previous year not current year. So I was not able to see any pictures of her flight. So sad 😞. I was able to send her some letters and she was able to make some calls. Happy for that. But this app was not useful for me.

The app has been pretty great and insightful so far, however any task that requires you to read a FAQ will not register as completed. I went through every single FAQ to see if maybe I was missing something and still, the tasks were not being marked as completed. I have had the same problem with earning badges.

I downloaded it, typed in all my information to create an account, checked that I was older than 13, and agree to the terms, clicked create account and not one thing changed. Not sure what is the problem but I have an iPhone 12 so it ought to be OK.

The intention is to be able to be connected with our airman but it takes a long time to upload content, and you don't have full access to the photos, BMT is the most difficult part for family members, who have almost no communication with their loved ones and if they sell the idea that we will be able to see them, that's what I'm looking for but the photo system is not efficient

Been following a flight and was able to see the full pictures without anything written on top of them. Recently all of the pictures have basic training photos.com right across them. Then you go on that website and they charge you to see the full resolution photo. Use to be good but not anymore.

You’re telling us to get update 1.63.4 but it’s not showing as available

Doesn’t update pictures for days and I can’t get any of the pictures to load. Half of them stay blurry and loading. On the BMT part
