Stürtzt ständig ab
Ich betreibe die Aktuelle Version auf einem Ipad 2 mit der neusten IOS Version. Die App kakt jedoch ständig ab, echt mühsam. Das Tablet hängt seit Jahren als Dashboard an der Wand aber so unbrauchbar
Absturz nach UPdate
Seit dem Update vom 5.12.2020 stürzt die App auf meinem iPad iOS 9.3.6 nur dauern ab (nach dem Starten der App wird nur noch ein weisser Bildschirm mit dem NEO-Log angezeigt, dieser verschwindet nach Carl. 2 Sek., dann wird nichts mehr angezeigt). Ich war zuvor mit der App sehr zufrieden, hoffe deshalb auf ein baldiges Update mit der entsprechenden Fehlerbehebung. Durch den Rollback vom 21.01.2921 funktioniert die App wieder wie vorher!
Mediola app do not work anymore
Please the version compatibile with iOS <10.3 need the Mediola 1.770 version. Make it available, because you need to inform your customer before that he will install new app version.... Thank you very much the version has been updated. Now it is working
Funktioniert nicht mehr
Seit dem Update. Es erscheint nur das Neo-Logo
App startet nicht mehr
Seit dem letzten Update bleibt die App auf dem weissen screen mit dem Neo Logo stehen. Bitte asap korrigieren. Danke
Keine Lösung
Seit nun mehr als 2 Wochen sind Tablets mit IOS <= 10 plötzlich ohne Ankündigung nicht mehr verwendbar. Vom Support wird man lediglich vertröstet ohne Terminangabe.

Kaum gestartet stürzt die App ab - iPhone X
Fernbedienung lässt sich auf Ipad9 nicht öffnen
Die Fernbedienung, die auf meinem IPhone perfekt läuft, lässt sich nach entsprechender Anpassung auf mein IPhone nur herunterladen, aber nicht öffnen.
