None of my graph history is loading!! The temperatures come up but it’s important that i know the past couple days of history and it just is not loading, seems to of been like this for a week ! It has happened in the past a lot where one of my AirComforts refuse to Download previous data but know all have them do it!!! You need to fix this ASAP
Graphs are now working well. App is good overall.
Second update with no fix for downloading data. Better buys of Amazon that actually work!
It’s upsetting to see people only leaving negative stars when there is a technical issue,, give the guys a chance, people need to understand that technology is a on going thing that will never just run perfectly, felt sorry for the team really because the last thing they want from us is bad feed back, keep up the good work
The I bebop sensors are really well made and do a great job, I have two. The app on the other hand is a bug ridden mess, continuously needs to be hard restarted to get sensor data reliably, sometimes doesn’t even populate the graphs even when up to date. I will add this info to Amazon, etc, as the sensors aren’t exactly cheap
Product is perfect. App needs a lil work. Graphs are great but it could use updating for ipads, landscape view n definitely a more pleasant colour scheme.
Works well when close. Love the graphs
