Since last Friday (20th of October), we are not able to proceed with the card payment. Most probably a recent update caused blocks in ondemand calls vs external bank. We have tried from 6 different devices, 4 different internet connections and the result is the same. As a result, contact center is not answering and IG specialists are recommending to purchase via website (where prices are significantly higher as usual) or to call their call center (which is a Serbian number and you have to pay a lot as calling from abroadc for what? For a service you don’t need because the bug is on the app side. As someone who works in tech, I am deeply disappointed from such a poor support and an app in down for almost 48h now. What a shame for my country providing such a poor service. If I weren’t Serbian I would have definitely already gave up on you folks!

In-app check in doesn’t work: real shame, as you need to either do it via iOS browser, or find a pc ( annoying if you’re abroad)

I keep having login issues with my email ever though my credentials are valid and I’ve been using them for years on air Serbia website.

I used it for the first time this year to check in my family for a flight. Thus far, it works very well

I would like to use this app for when I use Serbia Air, however it doesn’t let me log in ever. I have tried for over a week and nothing. The password is correct, I can log onto the webpage with it, but nothing. Is it safe to say this app does not work?

Đubre od aplikacije koje je totalno nefunkcinalno gde izgubiš vreme i na kraju shvatiš da moraš koristiti web aplikaciju koja se takođe raspada. Žalosno i sramota.

App is broken. Can not check in it just spins me in the loop asking for my emergency contact over and over again.

Airserbia app is quite nice, I like it, I was able to purchase tickets easily and search for some flights. However, there is definitely a big improvement missing: It is impossible to cancel the flight in the app or in the website! For such a simple operation I had to call them and wait for the answer for 24 minutes. This seems to be very unnecessary. Airserbia, please improve it, help to safe time for your clients and for your employees in the call-centers. Just allow ticket refund right in the app or in the web ( of course for the tickets with a refund option)
