Cannot delete video recorded

Using iOS app, sometimes even no cat inside the airrobo litter box, the litter box wrongly detected weight inside,” and start recording video, but not able to delete such videos. Raised question inside the app (both In English and Chinese), but no one answered to my question

1.机器连接之后总是掉线。 2.两只猫，体重相差2kg，app竟然有70%的次数识别不了是哪只猫 3.自动录制的视频根本加载不出来 4. 联系客服完全没有解决任何问题

如厕记录识别后不支持修改

如厕记录识别后不支持修改，且识别多次后竟可以一次的视频，对于体重相近的猫猫不太友好,视频界面太小不适

不支持多个设备

我也真是醉了，家里多猫，买了两个，竟然不支持多设备，用了好几个智能猫砂盆了，还是第一次见不支持多设备的，真是服了，官方得对自己多没信心，希望快点更新一个账号多设备
