This app has made my every day life easier to when I drop some thing and help me find it to resting my eye because I only have one I can do some task for me. Even though sometimes it’s a hit or miss if we find the item but it makes me feel like I’m not alone in this deaf blind journey. However, I wish this was a little cheaper so I could have more minutes every day. Keep up the great work.

ira has exploited my disability against me several years ago and my account is still suspended as a small business owner. At that time you can call him for help as much as you need I was having a lot of technical difficulties. The Wi-Fi wasn't working very well so I had to call a couple times to try to finish my task, no problem right however, I get a call from this Gustavo light matter. He said he is a manager and he's very upset angry. He always sounds like a Satanist except demanding way. I called him several times on the same subject explain I'm having some difficulties with my Wi-Fi and I had to switch to my iPad so they could help me, she didn't care she was just for the heck in anger. She was really scaring me so they suspended my truck for a year a whole year. It's been several years now, but they still suspend my account. They won't support or ask questions or try to resolve the situation it was all about how much money, we could spend if anybody has any intelligence it seems like they'll cut you off. It's more again have a communist type behavior in America, where people like us have no rights they are playing the odds, knowing that people that are fishing impaired usually don't have a lot of money if he's on this app or Regis, they want to charge like $60 for a half an hour of work who can afford that they get up very sad and disappointing that there is no assistance in our age to support. They will be little you again. I believe this person was a Satanist having anger jealousy hatred only comes from him, with trickery and confusion to betray deceive and coerce I am a Christian man and I can clearly see the spiritual battle. Be careful.

Hi, this app is fantastic if you are blind or have low vision and you are an animal lover, these people can help you know if there is something bothering your pet. I have a rabbit and she was very itchy and I couldn’t see if there was anything crawling on her, and the app was able to help me. The lady was very helpful, she help me to know and give me peace of mind that there was nothing bothering my rabbit and there was nothing in her bed either that would bother her. Thank you Ira and Apple.

it is wonderful to be able to identify things without having to wait for someone who is cited to tell me exactly what it is I found! Love the service incredible staff keep doing what you're doing.

If there were 10 stars I would rate it as a 10! I am utilizing some webpages that are not accessible and AIRA has made all the difference! AIRA agents make me able to be competent. there are so many things that being print disabled, with no site causes difficulty to navigate, and and agent is seconds away! insertion point at end

When this app was developed, I was ecstatic!! The idea of having visual information is crucial, as I am totally blind. The first plan was awesome, especially the unlimited minutes for $199. And now that I live alone, and I have other disabilities alongside my blindness, I need this more than ever.Then, the unlimited minute plan was removed and replaced with a 700 minute plan for the same price. Though I was unhappy with this change, I found ways to deal with that. Then, that plan was stripped from us, and replaced with a 300 minute plan for the same price. And now I am alarmed, as these minutes do not ad up to even a day’s worth. My god, this only gives me 15 minutes per day. In the name of all that is holy, I feel like my eyes were ripped out of me. And, I had my original eyes removed, and that was really painful. I do ask that those of you in the higher positions of management think of us common folks on a fixed income of Social Security and come up with something. As a senior of age 56, going on 57, and with the constant change in tech, I feel imprisoned the way things are now. I apologize for the low rating, but I have voiced my concerns to Corperate, and I feel like my input matters not to them. An example of this is when the Horizon kit was shut down. I explained to Customer Service that wearing my phone for all to see puts me at risk to being mugged. I speak from first hand experience, for I. Was robbed while traveling in 1996. I was told I would be shot if I didn’t hand over my money. When I taught Cane travel in Sacramento, I had been made aware of some of our students having their phones snatched from them. The ability to use glasses cut down on that risk and gave users freedom to use their hands for other tasks. Aira is revolutionary as a life tool. I'm a super capable, totally blind person, father of 3, small business owner, excellent traveler, great with guide dog or cane, Braille reader, etc. Thought I wouldn't use Aira much. Turns out differently than I expected. It's a more convenient replacement for things like light detectors, money identifiers, bar code readers, color identifiers, and a faster more efficient substitute for OCR solutions for reading documents. Great for special navigation tasks like reading signs, or strange environments like corporate parks or big parking lots. However, none of those things prompted me to be a frequent user of their services. The unparalleled service I use is visual help with business docs, forms, inaccessible websites, document layout, biz presentations docs, and online tech help with sites or services that are not compliant with screen readers. Generally, the agents are professional and savvy with tech and online tasks. The quality of the service has diminished since 2020, but still worthwhile. I very much dislike the business administration, marketing, customer relations, and ever-changing price structure. Despite their invitation for customer feedback, I see no evidence that our comments matter. I feel management has little understanding of the customer base, and doesn't know how to create a stratified range of services with appropriate pricing. They do not seem to be able to suitably offer appropriate price/service packages for very diverse customers with very different needs. They have stuck to the original roll-out approach of one per-minute fee for all types of service. If they would make an effort to collect data about the user patterns / needs, they could surely create lower budget plans for those who do not use every kind of service available. Also, they could offer premium service for small business owners which could better facilitate meeting those needs with the most equipt agents, and collect a higher rate for that. Their pattern of announcements that significant announcements are coming is ridiculous. Nonetheless, it's a great service, and losing the availability of Aira would have a significant negative impact on many including myself. Contrary to some staunch advocates for independence like myself, I do not accept the bias some have against using such a service, as if it is not equally just another tool for independence which it is.

I have low vision, and I use a white cane. I RAW, and it was me to walk places where I would be scared to walk otherwise, especially at night, and especially in situation or in cities and streets, that I am unfamiliar with this app is essential.

I just want to say, I absolutely love this app. It has gotten me through some tuff situations, cense I am blind. Weather it’s reading something, looking up something or trying to find where an object is. I really appreciate this app, always there whenever you need it the most, no matter the time of day.
