AirBeam turns your iDevices into a realtime audio and video surveillance system. AirBeam streams live video and audio from the cameras and microphones of iPhones, iPods, iPads. You can watch the stream on any other iDevice, Mac, Web browser or AppleTV - even on multiple screens simultaneously.

* Recording: Seeing or hearing something on AirBeam you want to remember? Just press the record button and the video and audio will be recorded. You can also capture still images.
* Motion and audio detection: Trigger alarms or recordings when something happens in front of the camera to create a single track of events that happened during a day.
* Dropbox integration (requires iOS>=9): Uploads recordings directly to your Dropbox account.

Important notes

* Best video quality is achieved when AirBeam is used within a local WiFi network. With port forwarding configured in your WiFi router it is also possible to monitor AirBeam cameras on your WiFi at home from anywhere in the Internet. Do do this you need to configure a port forwarding for port 8123 in your WiFi router - see the FAQ pages on our homepage for more details. And check your data plan, live video over cellular consumes quite some bandwidth...

Beware: this app does not stream from cellular data
Beware: the camera device needs wifi and, for remote streaming, a public IP address, which is not usually available on cellular data. I am giving 1 star because the app description is not entirely clear about this (lack of) feature, which should be stated more prominently so that users can notice it before they buy the app (no trial available either).
Apart from that, the app has some interesting features. Though, it does not let you switch on the camera device light remotely.

Pagare il prezzo per una app che funziona solo con i dispositivi collegati con la stessa wi-fi è davvero un furto.

Secondo me la migliore applicazione per effettuare la videosorveglianza direttamente dall'iPhone. Salvataggio locale e in rete, attivazione tramite motion, oscuramento dello schermo. Semplicemente perfetta!!!

La uso da tempo con soddisfazione piena: ho risolto tutti i problemi di sorveglianza di mia figlia quando dorme, anche tra piani diversi della stessa casa. Funziona benissimo, con immagini di alta qualità e sonoro buono ed è semplicissima da usare. Consigliatissima.

Da implementare
Interessante...ci vorrebbe la possibilità di potersi collegare al de vice "monitor" anche da rete 3G e altra rete wireless...inoltre non sarebbe male una app completa per il pc Mac/Windows.
