No Real Deals

The article that brought me here claimed that deals were to be had like an “Uber” for private jets. Nothing remotely close that I can find. Maybe I don’t know how to search. No matter which airport I search (I cannot find a way to search by area/city, which would be a lot more helpful), there’s noting available. The only available flights seem to be the advertised “Deals Near You” which are neither deals nor are they near me. Maybe just another scam to get users/views to sell more advertising?

Hard to locate flights

The app does not allow you to select a departure city and then show destinations with flights.

Confusing UX

I like the idea very much the app looks nice, but not sure about some of the options, like what is the map supposed to show, just locations of the airports and they are all empty so not sure what is suppose to do. Also when you search by city it will be nice if it can search all the airports in the city no need to specify an airport, if the app has it I didn’t know how to use it. Anyway like the other review stated this will be good if you live in Canada

Cannot login

The keyboard doesn’t even appear when I click on the text entry fields to login. When using the website on pc there are almost no flights ever that are shared.

I'm baffled by the design choices for this app. It's modeled after ride-sharing apps, but that format just doesn't hold up when the flight options are so scant. Case in point: today, the platform is showing a mere six flights, all with routes to or from Canada. And two are priced at a whopping $17,000! Then, for whatever reason, there's a slew of travel packages filling up the space. Is this trying to be a one-click private jet service or a travel bundle bazaar? The main hitch is the browsing experience. When I log in, if the only flight I am able to see is for tomorrow, going from Canada to California, and I'm sitting here in Nashville, that's no good for me. What am I supposed to do with that? It's enough to make me shut the app and forget it exists. I'm not against the idea of limited flights; I mean, the chance to fly private is a luxury, and I'd go the extra mile for it. But that's just it—I need to actually see what's possible, maybe plan for it. Like, if there was a standing flight from Atlanta, I'd drive those five hours in a heartbeat, even if it was a once-a-week/month/year deal. Now, here's where a bit of psychology could really make a difference. If the app used the principle of intermittent reinforcement—sprinkling in surprise deals or unexpected flight options—it would tap into that 'jackpot' feeling. That's what would keep users like me coming back to check the app regularly, hoping to land a golden ticket of a deal. As it stands, you're asking us to specify dates and locations without giving a taste of potential adventures that might be waiting. Without that, how can we get excited about the possibilities? Let us feel the rush of stumbling upon a too-good-to-be-true offer, and I guarantee we'll be more inclined to come back and gamble on finding that rare, affordable luxury flight.

TRAP SCAM

You download the App then you can’t delete it off your device if you don’t want to use it… it’s a scam App to steal information

App is useless

If I could give it zero stars I would. Constant error messages. “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again” I’ve closed and re-opened the app multiple times. No change.

Unable to create account

Can't go back on

I’m trying to create an account and it keeps telling me that the email is already in use, funny it’s my email and I’ve never been on this app until now. I went along with it and clicked “forgot password” and put my email in again, and it said something along the lines of email not registered. So I just decided to continue as a guest, and it keeps telling me something went wrong. I can’t even look up an airport to fly out of. This app is unusable for me at this point. Such a cool idea, but I just can’t even use it

No flights in the US.

Blackjacklover70 on

I tried looking for a flight for New Orleans LA to Las Vegas NV, and there was absolutely nothing. Then I looked at the map and all the flight are north of the 49 parallel meaning that they’re all in Canada, and you have to order a flight that will come to your city first before you can fly to the destinations, meaning, there is no deadhead flights in the US “Or flights were the air plane is trying to return to their homebase airport.” This is not to mention that you can’t order a flight from you city if you live in the US. Terrible!
