Another subscription app to suck you dry

Every software developer wants subscribers to pay monthly for something that seldom will be used. Sorry but that’s the reason I abandoned Adobe Photoshop moved to subscriptions after decades as a customer. How many subscriptions do app developers think we can afford? Even charities don’t ask for donations anymore and ask for monthly subscriptions. A once off fee is the only model I will consider and many other people too l suspect - if they are sensible.

I have asked you to cancel my subscription so many times because you’ve made it impossible to cancel from the app. Stop taking money out of my account!!!

Doesn’t transfer from samsung to iphone

I’m having problems transferring file fromy samsung phone to iphone. It was able to work before but now it always shows up as failed. Please fix this.

Don’t Bother

The write up looked good so I went straight to the paid premium version. After 9 days of mucking around with settings, frustration and contact to customer support, I decided it was too complicated after they asked me if I have finished the non root setup. I asked for a refund for my 12 months subscription and was told I was 2 days late - only a refund up to 7 days. Wasn’t the customer service I was expecting.
