Let me down on a most imp broadcast

Its always was a pleasure to use airmix solo and remote but last week on a important broadcast the airmix remote was gettin stuck and it was an unpleasant experience. may bcs i upgraded the OS on all the devices including ipad i dont know. please fix.

It had a bug that I cannot connect to remote devices. Update on 2019-02-01: I figured out how to connect to remote device(in my case, iPad mini2) After adding device in Live air solo, if no video is streaming from remote, in air remote app, go setting -> server info. Then setup the server address, which is the IP address of the Live air solo device.
