Two of my numbers display as the same data value. I wish there was an internal method of transferring data between my SIM cards. I use a lot of SIM cards for devices so it’s a pity that I’m limited to seven of them and need to use other service providers for the rest of them. Otherwise pretty good app.

Compared to the diabolical networks that dominate South Africa, AirMobile is a nice change of pace. Simple app, no dark patterns in selling services, a single rate for calls, SMSes and data, decent customer support, excellent 5G speeds and things running through MTN without the need for MTN’s dreadful billing and support - I mean, what else do you need?
I recently had a frustrating experience with Airmobile that has left me deeply disappointed and infuriated. As a regular practice in South Africa, I needed to top up my data, so I proceeded to load airtime, planning to use it to purchase data. To my surprise, once I loaded the airtime, I was unable to buy data with it. Confused, I reached out to Airmobile's WhatsApp Support, where an agent informed me that it is not possible to buy data with airtime and that I should have bought data directly. This was a shocking revelation as I was completely unaware of this and there is no disclaimer on the app to inform customers about this significant issue. I explained my situation to the agent, expressing my frustration and requesting a refund. However, I was told that a refund was not possible. Now, I am stuck with airtime that I do not need, and Airmobile has shown a complete disregard for treating customers fairly. This lack of transparency and refusal to provide a solution is unacceptable. Airmobile needs to address this issue urgently and ensure customers are properly informed to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Best isp in terms of voice rates and data usage. It took me a whole month to finish the promotional data and airtime. But what they can improve on is getting towers coz I have difficulty indoors
After porting my Telkom SIM card to airmobile it hasn’t worked it has been 2 months now, I’ve contacted the contact centre though they where not able to assist.
This is a great app. Does what I need and it’s very simple to use. It has the cheapest data plans that last 2 months.
I’ve signed up long ago if not two months back but haven’t received a SIM card nor feedback.
Call me cause it has been horrible
