My experience... Terrible app from a terrible institution
This app is as bad as it gets. In downtime for extended periods, transfers and other outgoings do not work as advertised. Even worse customer service at the rare times I managed to connect with them. My experience is terrible. Feels like a scam and the CBN should shut this sham train
