All the server crash so people could load the game, I open a ticket the support just replied with you game is out of date, Really it’s not its up to date. They just don’t want to admit they had server issues and want to waste the players time with wrong advice. I will not be supporting a company that will not provide real facts
Please make the game not so full of stuff, so that people can play it. Multiple people complaining game now not running. I was enjoying it, until i downloaded more content and now it will not run. Unfortunately your game takes up far too much space and thus why lots of people are having probelms. For instance,the passport and tapping on each is unnecessary, you could just give passports without the little things which say tap tap tap when we achieve them, this takes up space that you do not need to. You could then potentially have more players, as then the game will not freeze on start up.
So I played this game for multiple months, loved the constant events, the challenge of each island, the game itself ran well. Until I updated to IOS16 Since then the loading screen just gets to 50% and never moves. When talking to the support line, they tell me to check my settings, delete the app and reinstall it again. None of this worked, so I emailed directly we’re I was given the same information. Until I got and email response, we can’t do anything and won’t do anything. Saying it’s not their problem and to wait and hope it works in the future. At the time I had not been able to play the game for 2 months, now it’s been 4 and still getting the same error. As I said great game, but to be told “sorry not our problem, if you continue to get the error just deal with it” is honestly infuriating and really makes me wonder where all the money we spent on this game has gone.
Literally the best game I’ve ever downloaded. It doesn’t force ads, isn’t complicated, and is actually quite easy to play. I love this game and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve made with installing games.
Made it to level 90 and no more tasks ?
Really enjoying the game but have made it to level 90 and there are no more tasks. Will there be more levels?
A lot of other games need to be like this one! Yes it has ads but you get rewarded for watching them with items that help your progress (wheel spin, collecting cards etc). Also it has timed events so if you’re waiting for something in one you can go to the other airport and work on that one. Really enjoy playing it. Best game I’ve come across for a while! Well done to the developers! 👍🏻
Would love to try this game but it freezes on startup at about 2/3 through the loading bar. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as per other reviews, and nothing fixes the issue.
Using this app caused my phone to completely shut down
I’m sure the game is fine, but I can’t open it. The loading bar will get to about halfway and stop, I’ve left it open for five minutes and there was no change.
