Like other users, unable to use it as the splash screen has a button to ‘update’, that doesn’t work.

I have a message on the screen that tell me to update press here but nothing is happening and I can’t get passed this screen , I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still not working

T( app left a message that it needed an update by April 2024. However, no information was available on how to update, and no updates available on the App Store. There is now a screen when I log in that says “this app needs updating” and provides a button to click to update the app. Funny old thing - the button doesn’t work when you click it. So no updates on the App Store and no way of updating using the broken link. This app is now useless!

Every time I really need it, it won’t open or logs me out and have to register again. Just useless

Used to work (most of the time), but since the forced update it no longer gets past the logo screen. Disappointed as crew, as used regularly - please fix ASAP!

This app is amazing when it works! At the moment it’s down and you can’t access! This post is hoping the developers will read and respond as to when it will be back up

Good app, useful for finding out info of aircraft at airports. I work at EMA, but every week or so the app will have a glitch and show me alerts for Milan MXP. Quite annoying as these alerts come in the form of push notifications.

Worked perfectly for the first two months now you have to log back in wait for email confirmation everytime, so long winded I’ve now deleted the app

Good source of info… but I would say 9/10 times you try and open the app it is just a blank page.

When will be back fully working for the staff in Luton London Airport ? The app is need it for so many people !!!
