Only half a code

Have tried this app twice now. Each time we reserve a car the app only shows me 4 digits of the reservation code. The driver says there should be 6.

Showed up without a child seat

That was the whole reason I booked with them. They had some tiny child seat that was not a real child seat. Also there was zero way to communicate with them prior to our ride. No email response and didn’t pick up the phone.
