Airtel Xsafe

My camera was not streaming. I had to lodge repeated complaints and at least 5 technicians were assigned but none visited for rectification. Ultimately one technician came and charged for a small job.

need to improve quality of application lots of bugs or problems are there

There are lot of bugs in app 1. Notification disappears once you open the app 2. False person detection notifications 3. Recordings missing in between 4.There should be feature where if user clicks on person detection notification then that time frame video should be played.

The app layout is basic which is good but it misses out on multiple feature like an option for continuous recording or downloading all the recording in one click. I can't download all the clips one by one this is way too much hassle.

Airtel xsafe is biggest fraud in the name of cctv service provider.once they will take money from u for cctv and they will do a faulty cctv Inlstation and if u call them for that ,they will never send their technician to see or remove the issue,its one month now when i raise a complaint but they keep closing the complaint without sending their technician.once u deside to deactivate the service u will feel u are cheated by airtel as u have to throw the cctv camera as they took the amount before only and they don’t resolve your issue and keep sending fake messages without fake technician number so they don’t visit to see the complaint.from my side big nooooo for this .

It doesn’t work , have lot of issues with connectivity & is expensive. Don’t use it

Using airtel network from last 20 years. But airtel xsafe is the worst service i have ever experienced. Starting from the executive who should give information about the cameras, the technician who is installing the camera and also the after sales customer support staff everyone has lack of knowledge. Camera not working from the very first day. Finally removing camera after wasting my money.

No camera notifications, app is too buggy and slow

It skips many time intervals, also logs off and then no records, total rubbish
