This app is no longer maintained and is only intended for use with Wave Gen 1 monitors. If you don’t have a Wave Gen 1 in your setup, please use the Airthings app. To know if you have a Wave Gen 1, look for serial numbers starting with 2900. You can find the serial number on the label at back of your monitor where the batteries are stored.

Updates needed

It can be summed up like this: The device is nice but the app is crap

Love the but hate the app

The app never seems to be updated, it always says that values are hours behind but I can check the Web Dashboard !!!FROM THE APP!!! where things are always updated. Why???

App notifications not showing properly

The app shows that VOC’s or radon is above the recommended level in a room, but there’s not enough space in the notification to tell me other than “... above limit in Li” that must mean Living room. This is annoying. More annoying still is this message: “... levels are to high in” - no clue as to which room the app is talking about. Please fix this issue.

I am just super happy

I have Airthings Wave Plus😀👍I am just super happy. I have had poor indoor climate which I have been remedied with this super app. So I can clearly recommend it

Pretty decent app with a beautiful layout.

However, there's room for improvement :) Current values are only visible at the frontpage. Current temperature is not displayed using decimals, however average is. Subpages: Dragging the slider accross the timetable doesn't show a timestamp. I'm unable to drag the slider to the edge of the screen. Maybe a margin could enhance the view of the data. A high and a low with a timestamp, based on the current timeframe, would be nice. I know i can find some of the issues listed above at the dashbord. IOS: A widget for the frontpage would be appreciated. 😊

Super app og måler

Kan varmt anbefales. Har haft to stk i over et år og det virker bare og sikrer vi får luftet ud.

Never got it to connect

I got the device to connect with Bluetooth but never got it to connect with the app so I never got any usable data on neither iPad or iPhone. Got a lot of help from the support team who were very helpful and got me to try many things, but just never got it to work.

Devices disappear

Just set up a device, a few hours later it disappeared from the app on one of my iOS devices, but it remains on the other iOS devices.

Devises are not working

I’m the owner of 8 Airthings wave, but I’m very unsatisfied. Since the last 2 months all the devices haven’t worked. I have been in contact with the support team several times and have been promised that the issue would be fixed. I’m using this for my business and have decided to return all and buy from other devices from a other company.
