I recently invested in several gen 1 devices and now the manufacturer drops app support. Unacceptable!! I want my money back!

Feb 2024 have no complaints.

It can be summed up like this: The device is nice but the app is crap

The app never seems to be updated, it always says that values are hours behind but I can check the Web Dashboard !!!FROM THE APP!!! where things are always updated. Why???

The app shows that VOC’s or radon is above the recommended level in a room, but there’s not enough space in the notification to tell me other than “... above limit in Li” that must mean Living room. This is annoying. More annoying still is this message: “... levels are to high in” - no clue as to which room the app is talking about. Please fix this issue.

I have Airthings Wave Plus😀👍I am just super happy. I have had poor indoor climate which I have been remedied with this super app. So I can clearly recommend it

However, there's room for improvement :) Current values are only visible at the frontpage. Current temperature is not displayed using decimals, however average is. Subpages: Dragging the slider accross the timetable doesn't show a timestamp. I'm unable to drag the slider to the edge of the screen. Maybe a margin could enhance the view of the data. A high and a low with a timestamp, based on the current timeframe, would be nice. I know i can find some of the issues listed above at the dashbord. IOS: A widget for the frontpage would be appreciated. 😊

I got the device to connect with Bluetooth but never got it to connect with the app so I never got any usable data on neither iPad or iPhone. Got a lot of help from the support team who were very helpful and got me to try many things, but just never got it to work.
