The camera and app are great, good for monitoring weather, catching porch pirates or monitoring inside. The only problem is that when I try to go into full screen camera view, one half of the screen is half the camera view and the other half is blank. Even when I rotate my phone it still happens. TLDR: It’s great but full screen is bugged.
App works well with apple and iOS but major glitches for android. Cam fails to load on android devices. Please fix the issue.
They are still charging me for the cloud storage and I no longer use my cameras but I have no option to opt out?
Hello, I think the app is in need of an update.. overall A+!
We purchased 5 cameras and 5 monthly services. These cameras hasn’t worked since we purchased them 2021. We paid Best Buy tech $189.00 to install them because installation instructions were in Chinese or Something. We are paying $4.99 per cameras a month for storage of footage. These cameras are always offline. Never records. I upgraded my internet services to have stronger internet connection and these cameras are still offline. No customer services to talk or technical support… NOTHING 🤬🤬🤬🤬
