Many App Using For Utilities in UAE like DEWA FEWA AADC etc they all App are very Friendly to use very Easy to Register…..If one App want more time or More Afford to Use or Register I think it’s boring for clients…Make Easy the App and make friendly to use the Application…then Every Customer pay bills from his bedroom and check outstanding bills….really it’s very difficult to See my bills and payments method to reach … Thanks

It’s slow responding not active

After the last update on 21.05.2024, unable to launch the app

I cannot open the app for almost 2 month now All my payments delayed

Since I have downloaded this app it isn’t working. It did not work even once. Seems like developers made it and forgot about it at the same time.

Ajman Sewerage will prompt you to head to their office, then from there to apply on the mobile application or website, the application fails to attach documents or register simple inputs which you find out only after your application has been processed. You will then have to reapply through a PC. So whether you are at the office, on the website or on the mobile application, you will get disappointed anyhow. After which you may try calling the helpline, they’re useless too. For any problems, they recommend you to call the helpline, the helpline will either direct you to contact them via email which will direct you back to the office or the helpline will tell you to use the application or website. It’s a cycle of unaccountability. Nobody wants to take your case and support you as a customer. The different departments will keep giving the case to the next one. Ultimately, it is a useless mobile application. It’s best to use the website through a computer and NOT a mobile phone. That’s one of the few ways you can get your application to get registered. Can’t open app , showing update first , when goes to update showing now update available .

Not working in iPhone 13. Always prompting for update.
