User unfriendly, crashes frequently, lacks basic functions. Broker’s response is always poor.

App fails to respond and keeps freezing and unresponsive.better to switch to other apps

I have been trying to create an account for a week now. But either it says the email is already registered or it says that an email with credentials will be sent - which I have yet to receive. Ca anyone help w or fix this????

You earn billions of rupees on daily basis but fail to provide good app services to your customer .. Kindly work on it

Akd needs to improve their app and services. Extremely poor app

Few days back I opened my sahulat account with akd securities and their trading app is literally trash. Been trying to buy some stocks for 2 days, but it keeps saying that your bid is rejected. Eventually I decided to withdraw my funds and that too is not working. Anyone else also faced the same issues with them? Moreover they are also not responding to my queries over email, dropped them email for these failures but it seems they don’t care. Suggestions: there should be some screen where status of the pending orders should be shown.

Akd pro App is not logging in IPhone 12 Promax

Highly unreliable app. I hope soon I find better alternate.
