Been a member for the last 5 years , yet had same issue several times & recently can’t even be fixed at all , can’t access the app despite paying my membership

ليه لما بخرج من البرنامج وارجع لنفس الكتاب بيبدأ من الأول المفروض يستكمل من اخر نقطة كنت بسمعها المشكلة التانية اني بالفعل مشترك وكل كام ساعة يجي رسالة اشترك الآن ياريت تشوفوا النقاط دي 🥸
