The last update was pointless! We need thr travel map back…

I downloaded the app. According to the app’s description and requirement details, my old iPhone 6 should be able to run it on its 12.5.5 iOS. Instead, I downloaded app...& it won’t open.

Standing in front of the entrance to Expo and unable to add my ticket!!! What a disaster. App confirm your ticket was successfuly added... And nothing... It's blank no ticket!!! In the middle of Expo

I cannot see my tickets in the app most of the time — it just loads for a minute and then displays no tickets. Same for the smart queue booking. Do not expect to be able to use the get in. Not reliable. Nice interactive map.

We linked our tickets on the app. Yesterday when we tried entering the Expo 2020 the tickets were nowhere to be found. Thank God we had the online purchase on our google drive. We couldn’t use our smart passes. Today I again tried and it’s blank. I tried linking the tickets again and it says tickets are already linked but we cannot see them.

On my last 2 visits to the Expo I couldn’t see my tickets on the app, so I went to the ticket counters and they gave me a hard copy. Once I tried to link those tickets the app says those tickets were already linked, but I still was not able to find them. At the end, I did not have an option to book any smart queue…

The app suddenly delinked my season pass and I can’t relink it. It has also been super slow and glitchy the whole time since day one.

It always says “system integrity check failed”

App said my ticket was expired and wouldn’t let me link the ticket. This is the same ticket I used to enter the Expo 10 minutes before I attempted to link it. This prevented me from entering some of the more popular exhibits that required reservations.

Gets stuck loading my ticket on the manage tickets and smart passes screen. Used to work so I’m not sure what happened. Please fix asap.
