• Follow your balances and transactions of your accounts and cards, in real time
• Pay invoices and make transfers between accounts, also with a barcode reader
• Order and verify e-invoices
• Stay up-to-date on your investments and save in funds
• Apply for Aktia Consumer Loan (you will get the decision within one working day)
• Contact us with a message when you need help

3 apsia Aktialla (pankki, Wallet ja ID) ja käytettävyys ja ominaisuudet aika huonot vrt OP joka 1 aps ja paaljon informatiivisempi. Heikko esitys, päivitystä ei kuulu. :(

Tunnistautuminen
Aikoja sitten kaikissa suomalaisissa pankeissa otettu käyttöön ainoastaan digitaalinen tunnistautuminen, aktia pankissa taas puolet palveluista missä käy digitaalinen ja puolet missä tunnuslukukortin pakko käyttää. Lisäksi jatkuvia siis jatkuvia teknisiä ongelmia aktia pankissa sekä sovelluksissa että maksukortin kanssa! Varsinkin viikonlopun aikoina, en muista yhtääkään viikonloppua ettei olis mitään ongelma pankin kanssa. Suoramaksuakaan mobilepaysta ei tule, mihinköhän ne rahat jää roikkumaan haluaisin kovasti tietää ku ei tule tilille asti vaikka käytössä hetimaksu!! Tämä pankki mennyt todella alaspäin ja todella nopeasti!

Olen täysin pettynyt, että aiheutatte asiakkaalle turhauttavaa lisätyötä, kun luottorttiladkua ei enää saa niin, että valmiina on koko laskun maksaminen, siis 100 %, kuten se oli vuosia käytössä. Ala-arvoista asiakaspalvelua!!!!!
