Bracelet charges fully, braclet connects to App. But no green light on bracelet despite gentle tapping. Can’t find any real customer support to discuss. The product is under warranty. I live in Ireland.

I have tried everything to repair my watch to the app and it will not pair. I get the message stating that it’s already paired but when I go into the app it’s not appearing. The FAQ does or help with my problem and there is zero online support from AKTIIA

In general this is a very good system but it needs to have better recording for active times. It also needs to be certified/authorised for use by over 65’s as it is currently is not. There are bugs in the app in the medications area which need to be fixed.

I really like my Aktiia, it is wonderful to be able to track my blood pressure all day and night. I have found that by doing this over time I can identify certain trends, for example, I can see that my BP raises when I drink alcohol, and when I miss sleep. I find that because it doesn’t cause any discomfort when taking my BP that it doesn’t cause it to artificially raise it. This was happening to me in the doctor’s and with the 24 hour BP monitor. I have some lose skin on the back of my arm and it was being pinched by the cuff on the machines to the extent of it being excruciating, and this was raising my BP during readings. This could result in me being unnecessarily given BP medication. There are two things I would like to see being improved. I would like to be able to buy a material Velcro strap like the one I have for my Fitbit because I find that the strap causes some sweating and redness on my arm and I fear it will eventually give me a sweat/fungal rash. This happened with my Fitbit until I got a breathable material Velcro strap. Also, I would like to be able to cross reference BP with exercise activity and food. So I’d like the Aktiia to connect to the Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. But for now I am happy to be able to monitor my BP. It’s a great device.

I had BP monitor before but it would only take a reading when I sat down with it. This device is taking regular readings allowing me to see what affects my blood pressure and in what direction it is going. It is easy to use and only have it a week so haven’t needed to recharge it yet. Keep up the good work guys.

Works great very in obtrusive

Very accurate and easy to wear It has changed my understanding of my high blood pressure and What may be causing it I have identified areas of my day that were causing my blood pressure to rise Not regretting the cost one bit , I would spend that money on this product again in a heartbeat

Integration with Apple Health would be great!
